Limited Warranty Policy
We take pride in our craftsmanship and guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects. All Darter Design products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not apply if damages are caused through abuse, negligence, modifications/alterations, or if used in other than the manner intended. Darter Design makes no other express warranties or guarantees. Darter Design shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
If you suspect that your Darter Design merchandise contains a defect, you may return the product to Darter Design for a warranty evaluation at any time within the first (1) year of purchase. Defective products deemed covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced, at Darter Design’s sole discretion. Damaged products deemed not covered by Darter Design’s warranty policy will be returned or can be repaired per our Service & Repair Policy.

Service and Repair Policy
We understand that during the course of use, merchandise might become worn or damaged. That is why Darter Design offers repair services.
Once Darter Design receives your merchandise, it will determine whether the product can be repaired or needs to be replaced. An estimate for the repair costs and return shipping will be provided for your approval prior to any repairs.
If you would like to return merchandise for service or repair, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
